Fiabe Motorie® has developed in dialogue with major international lines of research on cognitive development and executive functions.
Over time, the project has engaged with theoretical and applied models related to executive functions, including the work of Prof. Adele Diamond, one of the leading international scholars in developmental cognitive neuroscience.
The method has also established connections with international research and training environments, including Zwifly Research Bridge in the United States.
The method has been developed and applied by Marco Bettoni through more than ten years of field work.
Marco Bettoni
Marco Bettoni graduated in Sport Sciences from the University of Milan and is the founder of the Fiabe Motorie® method, an educational approach integrating movement, storytelling and the development of executive functions.
He completed a university Master's programme in physical activity for early childhood at the University of Verona, focusing on the relationship between motor development and cognitive processes during the early years of life.
Throughout his professional career he has developed and applied the method in real educational environments, working with schools and organisations at local and national level.
